ECOVERITAS owes its birth and evolution process to continuous research, practice and personal development of the human resources from P.LEVANTIS DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION. Our primary objective is to provide beneficial solutions, through a holistic approach and within a realistic context, for sustainable development, construction and operation of the built environment. Within our operations we experienced the necessity for applying recognised standards, the fundamental value of holistic approach and the importance of a new key player in development, construction and operation of buildings that was missing in the Greek property industry. Furthermore, due to the absence of specialised regulatory bodies, transparency and technical know-how, we decided to lay the foundations and develop our experience to meet the new challenges relating to sustainability in the built environment.
As a result, ECOVERITAS was founded to assist in the planning and practical implementation of sustainable development, construction and operation of buildings. Among other activities, this led us to the application of world leading building certification systems and assessment methods for sustainability such as BREEAM International.
Given our long hands-on experience in property development, design and construction, combined with our continuous specialisation in sustainability, we are able to deliver and implement realistic sustainable strategies on behalf of our clients.
It is our belief that current perceptions, strategies and methods are being transformed or even redefined. As a consequence, the great opportunity and challenges that we, in ECOVERITAS, perceive and are facing has determined our strategy for the new era in sustainable development, construction and operation of the built environment.
